Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all consultations, diagnostics, and treatments provided by UK Vein Care Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a consultation or treatment, you (“the patient”) agree to these Terms.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Deposits & Payments
- A deposit may be required at the time of booking your treatment.
- Full payment for your procedure is required no later than 7 days before the scheduled treatment date, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
2.2 Non-Refundable Treatment Fees
Because wereserve operating time, clinical staff, and resources specifically for you, treatment payments are non-refundable if you choose to cancel for personal reasons.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
3.1 Patient-Cancelled Appointments
Becausetreatment time, surgical staff, and theatre resources are reserved exclusivelyfor you:
- If you cancel your treatment after payment is made, the fee is non-refundable
- If you reschedule with more than 7 days’ notice, we will transfer your payment to a new date.
- Rescheduling with less than 7 days’ notice may incur an administrative or rebooking fee.
3.2 UK Vein Care-Cancelled Appointments
If we must cancel or reschedule your procedure (e.g., clinician illness, equipment failure, or safety reasons):
- You will be offered the next available date at no additional cost.
- If you decide not to continue with treatment, we will refund any payments made for procedures not yet performed.
4. Medical Suitability & Clinical Judgement
All treatments are subject to
- A full clinical assessment
- The consultant’s decision about suitability, safety, and expected outcome
If you are deemed unsuitable for treatment on clinical grounds, any payments made for treatment (not consultation fees) will be refunded.
5. Refunds for Clinical Reasons
Refunds are only issued when:
- You are medically unsuitable for treatment; or
- UK Vein Care cancels and cannot offer a suitable alternative
Refunds are not issued for:
- Patient-choice cancellation
- Changes of mind
- Expectations regarding cosmetic appearance if the clinical treatment has been successfully completed
6. Liability
We accept no liability for:
- Loss of earnings
- Travel costs
- Accommodation costs
- Indirect or consequential losses
This does not limit our liability for negligence or breach of statutory duty.
