Our Procedures

We offer minimally invasive procedures, including laser therapy, foam sclerotherapy, and phlebectomies, all designed to effectively treat varicose veins with minimal discomfort. Each method is tailored to your unique condition, ensuring a smooth and efficient treatment process that helps restore both the health and appearance of your legs

Endevenous Laser Ablation (EVLA)

Endovenous laser ablation, often referred to as EVLA (or EVLT), is the gold-standard treatment for varicose veins – as recommended by the National Institute of Health and Care Excellence (NICE).

Foam Sclerotherapy

Ultrasound-guided foam sclerotherapy is the gold-standard treatment option for varicose veins when EVLA is not required, as recommended by the National Institute of Health and Care Excellence (NICE).

It’s worth noting, though, that the vast majority of patients with varicose veins do require EVLA.

Avulsions / Phlebectomies

Avulsions, also referred to as phlebectomies, are used as an alternative to foam sclerotherapy, for the treatment of any varicose veins that remain after endovenous laser ablation (EVLA) has treated the cause.
